After being let down by a few different companies not turning up to prebooked surveys, I was recommended HB Drainage and Plumbing by a friend and I'm glad I was. Not only was I impressed by the level of customer service provided but also amazed by the engineers knowledge as he talked me through the potential causes of the problem. The engineer conducted a full survey and thankfully was able to resolve the issue all in the same day.

I like to give it a little while before leaving a review in case any issues were to arise again but I can safely say that after weeks of suffering with an uncomfortable problem, HB Drainage and Plumbing have cracked the case with remarkable efficiency. I am eternally grateful.
